Notice of Records Availability

Upon written request, a member is entitled to review or receive a copy of the most recent version of the following Credit Union documents:

  • Balance Sheet and Income Statement. The non-confidential pages of the Credit Union’s latest Call Report may be given to meet this requirement;

  • A summary of the Credit Union’s most recent annual audit

  • A copy of the Member’s Access to Credit Union Documents Board of Directors Policy; and

  • A copy of the Internal Revenue Service Form 990.
